A sentiment analytics dashboard for one of Toronto’s most iconic dining experiences. The system can automatically classify new reviews as positive or negative with high accuracy, using an ensemble of transformer models. This means managers don’t have to manually read every review to identify dissatisfied customers.

A data-driven early-warning system for emergency services in Toronto using a machine learning model. The system can identify high-risk neighborhoods with 4x better accuracy than simply guessing based on historical averages. In practical terms, if a crisis response team has limited capacity and can only focus on the top 10% of at-risk areas, the model helps them target the right neighborhoods.

A comprehensive database design project for a multi-branch hospital network system. Built with MySQL, covering ER modeling, normalization to BCNF, DDL, DML, and DQL — addressing real-world challenges in healthcare data integration.

The interactive dashboard transforms raw housing data into a practical decision-support tool. Rather than relying on market intuition, buyers, sellers, and real estate professionals can now reference data-driven price estimates based on objective property characteristics
